The Best Lookalike UGG Boots That I Found On Amazon At A Fraction Of The Price

I have been a fan of UGG brand boots since I first learned of them. But recently, I’d been hearing about some UGG lookalikes on Amazon and knew I had some homework to do in testing and reporting back to you all.

As a girl who grew up in the wintery midwest and is always complaining about being cold, I am experienced at seeking out warm boots for a decent price. I’ve stood outside at sledding hills, hockey rinks and shlepped in and out of my car with kids, groceries, winter gear and the likes for 35 years. 

I had never heard of the UGG brand before the year 2000 when Oprah gifted 350 pairs of UGG booties to her studio audience as one of her “favorite things” at the holidays. All my friends started talking about them and then all the celebrities started wearing them in the magazines.

To be worn with pants, leggings, shorts, and dresses alike, they seemed to break all fashion rules and become the cool shoe to have. But they also had the potential to break your bank with a price tag of $150-$250 per pair.  And if you need more than one pair (you know, different colors, different styles, etc), things get extra pricey.  

Here’s the good news: lots of shoes brands have jumped on the bandwagon and started manufacturing sheepskin-lined boots and slippers. These UGG lookalikes do a great job.

They have the same inspiration – they are cozy, comfy, and offer lots of fun styles all without putting a big dent in your wallet.  Amazon carries lots of these UGG-inspired brands made with genuine sheepskin and suede and are backed by four and five-star reviews. Some are even under $50.

I have this pair of ankle-height lookalike UGGs and wear them often. The memory foam is so cushy on your feet. Similar to the UGG Classic Ultra Mini II boot but half the price.

They are easy for to and from the gym with leggings. I also like them with jeans since they are low like tennis shoes and you can’t beat the cushy factor with this brand.

If you like a height somewhere between the super low and mid-calf, check these out. These fit similar to the UGG Classic Mini II boot and are a well-rated brand with lots of colors to choose from.

Who can forget the knit UGGs with fur? These ONCAI have that same knit sweater inspiration with the cute fur collar around the ankle.

These are for indoor or outdoor in the fall and not for wintery weather. But oh man they are cute and soft. My daughter had a pair of these and loved them.

I personally own this pair of boots and love them. These are a mid-calf boot with a knit woven back panel with dual adjustable buckle straps. I will tell you they are cushy, comfortable and warm.

If you like a higher boot, these came right up to my knee and for colder days, I love how it keeps my calf warm! Another great price tag under $50.

These are another tall lookalike UGG. I had 2 pairs of this style I wore out until there was basically nothing left many years ago. The best winter memories I have are when wearing this style boot!
